Our Manufacturing Capabilities
5 Core Manufacturing Stages
From Product Design to Final Assembly
Five core business segments, covering product development, mold manufacturing, injection molding, surface treatment, and final assembly.
300K–1M Shots Mold Life Cycles
Built for Long-Term Production
Based on available data, the molds typically supplied have a service life ranging from 300,000 to 1 million cycles, meeting the requirements of overseas clients for long-term, stable, high-volume production; the exact lifespan depends on the mold material, design, and operating conditions.
In-House Injection Molding Facility
Equipped for Flexible, High-Volume Production
Equipped with in-house injection molding production facilities and a precision mold-making workshop—complete with automated robotic part-removal systems—we are capable of continuous production and bulk order fulfillment for a wide range of plastic components.
4-Stage Quality Control System
IQC · IPQC · FQC · Reliability Testing
We have an end-to-end quality control system, comprising four key control stages: incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, final product inspection, and reliability testing.
Project timing varies with product complexity, tooling, sample approvals, and order quantity. Shipping transit time is confirmed separately for your destination.
Inside Our Manufacturing Facility
Engineered for Precision, Built for Production
Precision Mold Manufacturing
Our dedicated mold workshop is equipped with CNC machining centers, EDM machines, and precision grinding equipment to support custom plastic mold development. From mold design and precision machining to mold assembly, trial runs, and adjustments, we coordinate key tooling operations to meet product specifications and production requirements.
We work with mold steel options such as 718H, NAK80, S136, and 8407, selected according to the application, mold design, and expected service life.
Automated Injection Molding
Our injection molding workshop combines automated robotic part removal with established production procedures to support stable and repeatable manufacturing. Process parameters are managed for selected materials to help control dimensional variation, warpage, and overall product consistency.
With flexible production scheduling and standardized 6S workshop management, we support both customized plastic component projects and volume production for a range of industrial and consumer applications.
Oberflächenbearbeitung und Montage
Beyond mold making and injection molding, we coordinate a range of finishing and assembly options to meet different product requirements. Depending on the project, these may include spray painting, silkscreen printing, matte or gloss finishes, textured surfaces, and component assembly.
By coordinating these processes with the molding stage, we help simplify production management and support more consistent finished-product quality.
Quality Control & Testing
Quality checks are integrated into our manufacturing workflow, from incoming materials to finished products. Our quality control process includes incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and final quality control (FQC), supported by dimensional inspection and applicable reliability testing.
In-process inspections are conducted every two hours. Depending on customer requirements, we can also follow agreed sampling plans, including AQL-based inspection criteria, and coordinate additional testing to support product validation.
From Concept to Production
From initial concept evaluation to mass production, we coordinate key manufacturing stages to support your custom plastic product development. Each project is reviewed individually based on its application, design, material, and manufacturing requirements.
STEP 01
Product Evaluation & Design
We review your product concept, drawings, materials, and functional requirements to evaluate manufacturability and identify suitable development solutions.
STEP 02
Formentwicklung
