Our core services include integrated product design and development, mold development, injection molding, product finishing and surface treatment, PCBA, and assembly.
For custom manufacturing inquiries, website descriptions and preliminary quotations are invitations to discuss a project. Custom manufacturing orders are governed by the formal written agreement executed by both parties. Online sample purchases are governed by the product details, pricing, shipping information, and applicable policies presented when the order is placed, subject to mandatory applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in the drawings and design materials you upload shall remain with you. We undertake to maintain the confidentiality of such materials. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights. Upon completion of a project, you may submit an email request for the return or destruction of relevant drawings and samples. Any shipping costs incurred in returning physical samples shall be borne by you.

1. Nature of Business and Limitations on Contractual Effect
The website primarily serves business customers seeking product development and manufacturing services. Customers may also purchase available samples through the online cart and checkout. Restrictions specific to custom manufacturing do not automatically apply to standard online sample purchases. All service descriptions, estimated project timelines, customer case studies, and production capacity information displayed on this website constitute invitations to offer and shall not be construed as legally binding commercial offers.

2. Intellectual Property, Confidentiality of Drawings and Technical Materials, and Return or Destruction of Samples
2.1 Website Intellectual Property
All text, images, renderings, case studies, logos, website layouts, engineering descriptions, and other content on this website, together with all associated copyrights and intellectual property rights, are owned by Huizhou SHIRUIHAN Global International Technology Co., Ltd.
Without our prior written authorization, no individual or organization may copy, scrape, reproduce, commercially distribute, or create mirror websites containing any of the above materials.
2.2 Customer Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All intellectual property rights in drawings, CAD files, 3D models, product proposals, sample specifications, design concepts, and other related materials uploaded or submitted by customers shall remain with the submitting party or its lawful rights holder.
We undertake to use such materials solely for project evaluation, quotation, prototyping, mold development, and order production.
Without the customer's prior written consent, we shall not disclose, transfer, or reproduce such materials for unrelated third parties, nor use them for projects involving other customers.
2.3 Return and Destruction of Samples and Drawings
Upon completion of a project, customers may submit a written request by email to info@worldriseglobal.com for the return of original drawing files or physical samples, or for the secure destruction of electronic files.
We will complete the requested action within fifteen (15) business days after receiving the written request.
If no written return or destruction instructions are received from the customer, we will retain the relevant materials in accordance with our business record retention policies.
All international courier charges and customs-related fees incurred in returning physical samples shall be borne by the customer making the request.
2.4 Customer Warranty Regarding Submitted Materials
The customer warrants that it has full and lawful rights to all drawings and design materials uploaded or submitted and that such materials do not infringe upon any third party's patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
If any third-party intellectual property infringement claim arises from materials submitted by the customer, the customer shall bear all resulting legal liabilities. The customer shall also fully compensate us for any financial losses or reputational damages incurred as a result.
2.5 Confidentiality Breach and Liability
These website Terms do not specify the compensation amounts or calculation methods for liquidated damages arising from the disclosure of drawings or technical materials.
Any relevant compensation obligations and liquidated damages provisions shall be separately agreed upon in writing by both parties in the formal business contract.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using this website:
