Shipping information for online samples and custom manufacturing orders.
This policy covers online sample purchases and custom manufacturing orders placed with Huizhou SHIRUIHAN Global International Technology Co., Ltd. through https://worldriseglobal.com. The contract-based shipping provisions below apply to negotiated custom manufacturing orders. Standard online sample orders follow the separate online-sample section.
All shipping arrangements for samples and finished products shall be governed by the formal contract signed by both parties and the trade terms specified therein, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and other applicable Incoterms.
The transfer of risk, freight charges, insurance costs, domestic and international duties, and customs clearance expenses shall be allocated in accordance with the terms of the formal contract.
Delivery timelines displayed on this website are estimates for reference purposes only. Actual delivery schedules shall be subject to the project schedule confirmed in writing by both parties. We may assist in arranging logistics, or customers may appoint their own freight forwarders. Free samples refer only to the sample materials themselves; international shipping and customs declaration charges shall generally remain the customer's responsibility.
1. Orders and Shipping Arrangements
Available samples can be purchased through the website cart and checkout. Custom manufacturing projects are arranged through quotations and written agreements.
All shipping arrangements for sample and finished-product orders shall be subject to the formal contract signed by both parties and the trade terms specified therein, including but not limited to EXW, FOB, and CIF.
2. Delivery of Goods and Transfer of Risk
The delivery of goods and transfer of risk shall be governed by the trade terms agreed upon in the formal contract between both parties.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall transfer to the Buyer once the goods have been received and signed for by the logistics service provider or freight forwarder designated by the Buyer.
3. Logistics Arrangements and Allocation of Costs
We may assist in arranging transportation and logistics, or the customer may independently appoint a freight forwarder to collect the goods from our premises.
International freight charges, transportation insurance premiums, export customs declaration fees, import duties in the destination country, and customs clearance-related expenses shall be borne by the party designated in the formal contract.
In the absence of a written agreement between the parties, all of the above-mentioned costs and expenses shall be borne by the Buyer.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Production lead times and delivery periods displayed on this website are estimates for reference purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of actual delivery dates.
Actual shipping and delivery schedules may be affected by various factors, including:
Availability of electronic components and raw materials;
Sample review and approval progress;
Product design changes or mold modifications;
Customer payment and receipt of funds;
Other circumstances affecting project production and delivery.
The final production and shipping schedule shall be subject to the project timeline confirmed in writing by both parties.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for contractual damages arising from delays in shipment or delivery caused by force majeure events, including earthquakes, floods, epidemics, port strikes, customs restrictions, shortages or discontinuation of component supplies, and other events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable.
In the event of such circumstances, we will notify the customer in a timely manner and work with the customer to negotiate adjustments to the project schedule and related delivery arrangements.
6. Sample Delivery
Shipping costs for samples are generally borne by the customer.
If we provide free samples, the term "free samples" refers only to the sample materials themselves and does not include international shipping charges, export customs declaration fees, or other related transportation expenses. Such costs shall generally remain the customer's responsibility.
Sample charges and specific delivery arrangements shall be subject to the written quotation or other written confirmation agreed upon by both parties.
7. Online Sample Shipping
For online samples, review available destinations, shipping charges, and any handling or delivery estimates shown before placing your order. Customs duties or import taxes may apply to international shipments; review whether these are included in the order total. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping promise, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation options required by applicable law. Mandatory shipping and refund rights take priority over contractual estimates or limitations.
Draft review required: confirm supported destinations, dispatch estimates, shipping methods, and treatment of import duties before publication. Do not apply the custom-project carrier-risk clause automatically to standard online sample purchases.
