We are an OEM\/ODM custom manufacturing and processing company, providing product design and development, mold development, injection molding, product finishing, PCBA, and assembly services.<\/p>

Custom-manufactured products are made to the customer's drawings, technical specifications, and requirements and are generally not suitable for resale. Standard samples purchased online are covered separately below.<\/p>

Our business primarily involves commercial B2B transactions. Accordingly, the statutory seven-day no-reason return policy under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, which applies to qualifying consumer transactions, does not apply to our customized manufacturing orders.<\/p>

Only where a product defect is jointly inspected and confirmed by both parties to be attributable to our manufacturing quality shall we arrange repair, rework, or replacement of the defective products, as applicable.<\/p>

Sections 1 through 5 govern negotiated custom manufacturing and custom prototype orders. Section 6 applies to standard online sample purchases. Mandatory applicable rights are not excluded by this policy or a commercial contract.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Returns and Replacements for Finished Products<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

1.1 Manufacturing Quality Issues<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Repair, rework, or replacement of defective products will only be provided where all of the following conditions are met:<\/p>

The products have quality defects or materially fail to comply with the drawings, approved samples, or technical specifications confirmed in writing by both parties; and following joint inspection and confirmation by both parties, the relevant defects are determined to be attributable to our manufacturing processes or production quality.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1.2 Circumstances Not Eligible for Returns or Replacements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following circumstances:<\/p>

Changes to customer requirements, design specifications, or technical parameters after confirmation;<\/p>

Color variations or dimensional deviations that fall within generally accepted industry tolerances;<\/p>

Design defects or errors in drawings or technical specifications supplied by the customer;<\/p>

Quality issues arising from raw materials or electronic components designated or supplied by the customer;<\/p>

Damage caused by improper storage, secondary processing, modification, or other handling by the customer after receipt of the goods;<\/p>

Damage occurring during transportation, with liability and risk allocated in accordance with the applicable trade terms agreed upon by both parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1.3 Priority of Remedies for Manufacturing Quality Issues<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where a quality issue is confirmed to be attributable to our manufacturing responsibility, the preferred remedies shall be applied in the following order:<\/p>

Repair of the defective products;<\/p>

Reproduction or rework of the defective batch.<\/p>

A refund may only be considered through mutual negotiation where repair or reproduction is objectively impracticable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

1.4 Authorization Required Before Returning Goods<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Customers must obtain our prior written authorization before sending any goods back to our factory.<\/p>

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any goods returned without our prior written approval. All freight and transportation costs arising from such unauthorized returns, including the costs of sending the goods back, shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Custom Prototype Returns and Replacements<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

2.1 Sample Confirmation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Samples are provided for the purpose of confirming product appearance, structure, and functionality. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances commonly accepted in the relevant industry shall apply.<\/p>

Once a sample has been confirmed and approved by the customer in writing, the customer may not subsequently request a return or replacement on the grounds of sample-related issues.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.2 Sample Quality Issues<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Where a sample is confirmed to contain processing or manufacturing errors attributable to us, resulting in a material deviation from the drawings or specifications approved by both parties, we will arrange for a new sample to be produced.<\/p>

As a general rule, sample fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Order Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

3.1 Cancellation Before Mold Development, Material Procurement, or Production Begins<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If the customer submits a written cancellation request before mold development, material procurement, or production has commenced, the cancellation shall be handled through mutual negotiation.<\/p>

The customer shall be responsible for all design, engineering, and material costs actually incurred up to the date of cancellation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

3.2 Cancellation After Mold Development, Material Procurement, or Production Begins<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Once mold development, material procurement, or manufacturing has commenced, customized orders shall generally not be cancellable.<\/p>

If the customer insists on cancelling an order after such work has begun, the customer shall bear all costs and losses already incurred, including but not limited to:<\/p>

Engineering and development costs;<\/p>

Mold development and tooling costs;<\/p>

Material procurement costs and material wastage;<\/p>

Other production-related costs already incurred.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

4. Special Arrangements by Mutual Agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In exceptional circumstances, any return or other special arrangement involving customized products without manufacturing quality defects must receive our prior written approval bearing our official company seal.<\/p>

In such cases, the customer shall bear all related costs in full, including material losses, return and outbound international freight, transportation insurance, and customs clearance charges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Priority of Contractual Terms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy is published on our website for informational purposes.<\/p>

For each order, the actual after-sales rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed primarily by the terms and conditions of the formal commercial contract duly signed by both parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Online Sample Purchases: 30-Day Return Requests<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For standard samples purchased through our online checkout, submit a return request within 30 days after delivery. Email info@worldriseglobal.com with your order number, the item, the reason for your request, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.<\/p>

Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. The 30-day request window does not limit rights that apply under mandatory law. Custom prototype and manufacturing orders remain subject to the separate provisions above.<\/p>

Draft review required: confirm change-of-mind eligibility, required item condition, responsibility for return shipping, and refund processing time.
