DFM, or Design for Manufacturing, is the process of optimizing a product design so it can be manufactured efficiently, consistently and cost-effectively. We review factors such as materials, structure, tooling, tolerances and assembly to identify potential manufacturing issues before production.

Yes. We can develop prototypes to evaluate appearance, structure, functionality and assembly before production tooling. Feedback from prototyping can then be used to refine the final design.

Yes. We can support product testing and validation during development to help verify key functions, structural performance and assembly requirements based on your product specifications.

With OEM, you provide the product design or specifications, and we manufacture the product according to your requirements. With ODM, we provide an existing product or development solution that can be customized to fit your brand, product requirements and target market.

MOQ is flexible and project-dependent. The product, materials, tooling, and manufacturing process determine a practical order quantity. Share your expected volume so we can recommend a suitable approach.

Yes. We can support different production volumes depending on the product and project requirements, including small-batch production for product testing or market launches.

A complete product development and manufacturing project typically takes approximately 10–17 weeks. Product complexity, tooling, sample approvals, and order quantity affect the schedule. Repeat-production orders may follow a different timeline, which we confirm after reviewing the requirements.

Payment terms depend on the project, order volume and cooperation terms. Our sales team will confirm the applicable payment terms when preparing your quotation.

Yes. We can coordinate packaging and shipment of finished products according to the agreed delivery requirements and destination.
